We’re a true local company with three home bases — Mt. Prospect, downtown Chicago, and Glen Ellyn. Because we’re spread across the area, we reach most venues quickly and without a travel fee.
- Free travel for the vast majority of events in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
- We only consider a reasonable fee when a venue is more than 90 minutes away — typically events heading into parts of Indiana, Wisconsin, or Michigan.
So in practice, “free for most events” is exactly that: almost every wedding, party, and corporate booking we take falls inside the free zone.
Real example: our farthest event
One of our most memorable trips was to the beautiful Palais Royale in South Bend, Indiana, for a New Year’s Eve wedding. Even though it was a longer drive, we planned the logistics carefully and everything ran perfectly — the booth ended up being one of the highlights of the night. It’s a good reminder that going the extra distance is worth it when it helps create an unforgettable celebration.

When we may add a travel fee
A travel fee only applies when an event is well outside the Chicagoland area — think Rockford, southern Wisconsin, northwest Indiana, or Michigan. Anywhere in Chicago and the suburbs stays free. For those longer-distance trips, the fee simply covers:
- The extra drive time to get well beyond our service area
- Fuel and crew time for a much longer day
- Making sure our team still delivers the same high-quality experience, even hours from home
Even then, you’ll always get a clear quote upfront. There are never hidden surprises on your invoice.

- Book early, especially if your venue is farther out — longer trips have limited availability on peak dates.
- Share your venue address when you request a quote, and we’ll confirm travel details right away.
